Why Bother About Your Life?
Monday, May 7th, 2012
Have you failed to create the life you want, because you are afraid to take risks or leave your comfort zone?
Have you turned down an important opportunity because you were nervous and thus failed to adequately prepare?
Are you paralyzed with fear at the thought of launching out to start that business you have always dreamed of?
Are you still doing the same old things you hate so much because you are afraid to work hard at doing what it takes to succeed?
If you are wondering whether it is worth the hassle to go the extra mile to create the life you want;
The following ten reasons will encourage you and remind you why you must bother about your life, career, or undertakings.
You bother because:
1. You want something better for your life.
It could be a better job, more money, good health, less stress, good relationships, independence or a good education, among other things.
2. This is the season of life when you are energetic, strong, able and willing.
There may never be another moment like this moment. Now is the time when you have so much vigor and are in good health. Seize it.
3. This is the time when your idea is fresh and exciting.
When you are passionate about something, your creative juices flow easier and it is so much easier to accomplish things. As the saying goes,” strike when the iron is hot!”
4. Time waits for no man or woman.
Time does not stand still in the hopes that you will be in the right mood or frame of mind to act. The longer you wait, the slimmer the chances of action become.
5. You are qualified, trained or experienced.
You have invested a lot in terms of time
and money and you have what it takes to accomplish what you want.
6. Others are waiting to be enriched by you.
You have something special to offer the world and people are waiting for you to manifest this gift and bless their lives.
7. You’ve finally realized the importance of your dream, idea or goal and you must take action.
The only justice that can be done to capture the importance of your idea or goal is to take action and turn it into reality.
8. You’ve got to give yourself a chance to attain what you want.
Your foremost responsibility is to yourself. You have to put your best foot forward at all times and do everything necessary to ensure that you do your best to succeed.
9. Opportunities are waiting to be seized.
There are so many opportunities that are waiting to be seized by someone who will take a risk and do what is required. That someone is you!
10. The dreaming phase is over and it is now time to take your idea, goal or project to the next level.
The time for visualizations, mental calculations on how ideas work and talking the talk must comes to an end. When this occurs, a new action phase begins and you must embrace it.
These are the reasons why you bother to do what you have to do. So, be bold, take the necessary risks and discover what is possible. Just do it!

Why Now Is The Perfect Moment For You To Succeed
Sunday, May 6th, 2012
Let´s discover the importance of balancing preparation, timing and momentum. It´s critical if you want to finally beat procrastination.
While timing is important very often we need to make the best of the situation we find ourselves in. The perfect opportunity, the perfect conditions and the perfect moment may never exist so we need to take action now.
And ultimately you must find out how you can become a procrastination beater as of today
The most successful people in the world approach life with a very dynamic attitude – they create their world making use of the resources available to them. They do not waste time waiting for the perfect moment.
A similar and related fallacy is waiting until you are ready. The truth is you will never be 100% ready for new challenges.
At some point you have to trust in yourself and give it your very best regardless of the results. As long as you are always learning and growing you will get there in the end.
And you´ll reach the finish line before those people still sitting there waiting for the perfect day when they will be completely ready.
Some days you might argue that you don’t feel up to it or that you need more energy before you can get stuck in. Be
honest with yourself! Are you making 13 excuses? Are you waiting for the perfect day?
You will never be completely ready physically, emotionally and mentally all at the same time.
As one of my mentors once said to me, “if you wait until you are ready it’ll be too late.”
You are a unique work in progress; you are always changing and always maturing. You will always have more to learn and you will always be able to look back and notice how you could have been better.
That is just the way it is!
If you wait too long any enthusiasm you once had for your goals will fizzle away. You will do nothing at all.
To sum up…
Make sure your preparation is adequate for the activities ahead and then dive in and give it everything you have. Then keep moving and let the momentum carry you along.
Your greatest successes will be based on your sustained motivation over the long term. Make sure you get moving now instead of waiting for the perfect day!

Fear?
Saturday, May 5th, 2012
As you prepare to take your first steps, could there possibly be something holding you back?
Maybe you have heard the phrase, “false evidence appearing real.” It is a common acronym made from the one word that can and will stand in your path to success. We all suffer from fear in one form or another. Sometimes, overcoming fear is as simple as programming the body to perform the motions that the mind is resisting. Other times, the fear can be so crippling that it takes a tremendous breakthrough – even revisiting old events or memories that have been buried for years – in order to overcome its grasp. Unfortunately, many people never overcome their fears, and remain a victim of them all of their lives. Are you a victim, or a victor?
When I began working with others to help them achieve physique transformations in the year 2000, I discovered an amazing thing. Some people literally sabotaged their own progress out of fear. What was more incredible to me is exactly what their fear was: a fear of their own success! Even when the science works – when the changes in nutrition and training help a person begin to lose fat – if they are not prepared to change on the inside, they can become crippled by the change. These people would watch the pounds melt away, and suddenly the fear would paralyze them. They had spent so long hiding behind the extra weight and using their obesity as a shield to the world, that when that wall began to crumble they had nowhere to run.
I vividly recall a night when I pressed my body against my wife’s and she began to softly cry. When I asked her what was wrong, she replied that I felt like a different person. She wasn’t used to feeling my bones or contours, only the softness of my fat. Suddenly, her world was changing and she had not completely adjusted to it. I realized that I, too, had not kept pace with the physical changes. I did not know how to take compliments, and would often simply stammer or make small talk when someone would comment on my progress. I was not so much afraid of my success as I was afraid of the change in my life and not knowing how to live with it.
Even though I successfully overcame those fears early on, another type of fear limited my ability to grow my own career: a fear of my ability to become a successful entrepreneur. Despite having run a thriving part-time training business, and being able from the start to charge nearly double the average, local rate due to the quality of service that I provided, I did not think I had what it took to do well. After writing countless articles and receiving feedback from numerous readers, I still believed I was not ready to submit my articles to publications or attempt to write a book. Fear was sucking the life out of me!
It was only recently that I began to look at fear a new way.
An interesting thought occurred to me: simply changing my perception could empower me to overcome my fears and break through to new levels. The concept is quite simple. I realized that fear and faith are mutually exclusive. They occupy the same space in our lives. And we cannot have both in the same space at the same time – it is either one or the other.
Fear is an emotion related to failure. It is the belief that something is not worth trying because of the negative outcomes that are possible. Fear is a learned emotion. It takes the “space” ordinarily occupied by faith, and perverts it into something that holds us back. If you are not convinced, just take a look at a child learning to walk. Often, as they take those first tentative steps, they may do something that we, in all our wisdom, would consider failure. They fall. Or they bump into something. Or they are forced to grab hold of something to steady themselves. All of these actions are not pleasant, and they are not the intended result. For the child, however, what we would call “failure” is an integral component of their success.
The child does not give up. It does not occur to them that if they are going to fall, they should simply not try to walk. They might bump their head, but after the tears are dried and the bump has gone away, they will stand on their two wobbly legs once again and attempt the feat. In fact, children are the incredible pioneers of our world. They consistently drive confidently into the unknown and face failure after failure without becoming daunted. When they attempt their first words, the sounds will tumble out over and over until they are voiced correctly. When they begin to wave with their hands, they persistently move their arms and fingers until they follow the appropriate, nearly universal pattern for saying “Hello” or “Goodbye” through body language.
The
children have faith in their ability to succeed through failure. Faith is not learned. We are born with it. Our survival depends upon it. If we did not entrust our lives to our parents, guardians, family, peers, and others who influence and “raise” us from birth, we would be lost. In all our learning, however, we seem to pick up one lesson that could have an incredible impact on the rest of our lives, depending upon how we learn it. That lesson is fear. Fear is a learned response. Fear is the absence of faith. With faith, you can try over and over again because you know your success is guaranteed. With fear, you decide without trying that your failure is predetermined, and you no longer give yourself the opportunity to succeed.
Do you have faith? Or fear? Or a mixture of both? It is time to make a conscious decision about what you are willing to do to turn your fear into faith. This is an incredible balance that can have a tremendous influence on your ability to transform. Think about it – your capacity is limitless to hold both fear and faith. If you have a lot of faith and a little fear, then you are only a short distance from overcoming those fears and breaking through to great things in your life. On the other hand, if the depth of your fear is enormous – take hope! Because fear and faith occupy the same space, but you can focus on only one at a time. Therefore, your depth of fear implies incredible potential for deep, enduring faith. You need only need to take action to overcome those fears and replace them with faith.
So how do you overcome your fears? By reinforcing your faith! As faith grows, fear dwindles. When you accomplish something on your own, you gain faith in that accomplishment. Even when you fail a second or third time, you continue to try because you know “I have done this before, and I can do it again.” For things you have not accomplished, you learn faith from those around you. When a close friend has successfully achieved some amazing success in their lives, you say, “Wow. If they can do it, certainly I can do it.” Sometimes, you simply draw on the depths of your own soul, and decide that you are either living or dying. You want to live, so in order to live, you must have faith. You simply create the faith and move past the fear.
While some people have made amazing changes in a simple instant by changing their mindset, I have found that certain breakthroughs in my own life took much more time. For example, I still have a small amount of fear when I stand to speak in front of a large group of people. In the past, this fear was nearly debilitating – I could barely talk for all of my stuttering and shaking. I forced myself to get in front of people to share my story, however, because my heart told me it could help others. In this case, I believed the need to help others was more important than the fear that was holding me back, so I pushed through. And I talked. And I talked again. And again. Each time I stood in front of a group of people, I realized that I could do this. Every time I sat back down and was still living and breathing (and no one had thrown tomatoes at me or pointed and laughed) I realized there really was nothing to fear. Eventually, I began to replace my fear with faith, until now I have only a little fear and a lot of faith in my ability to stand before a crowd and share my story.
To successfully transform, you will need a lot of faith. You may be afraid of many things – of how your life may change, of how hard the effort may be, or even of your own success. The key to overcoming this fear, however, is to keep doing. As you succeed, little by little, you will grow in faith. As you practice over and over, and commit to each new day, you will not only grow in faith, but you will increase your capacity for faith. When you increase your faith, you will stifle your fear, and it will dwindle until it eventually disappears with a whimper instead of a bang.

The IDEAL Problem Solver
Friday, May 4th, 2012
The IDEAL Problem Solver is an effective tool you can use to attack your problems. If you are used to getting on your horse and riding in all directions when faced with a problem, you may find the IDEAL Problem Solver quite handy. How do you use it?
IDEAL stands for:
- Identify the problem and explain how it can be an opportunity
- Define at least three different goals for your problem-solving task
- Eplore possible strategies and new information that could help ou accomplish each of the important goals
- Anticipate the outcomes (positive and negative) of different strategies to help you decide which ones you will act on
- Look back and learn (after acting on your strategies, what did you notive about the problem you identified
An area I found IDEAL ideal (this is no double-speak!) is
in evaluating arguments and ideologies. When you hear an argument, IDEAL(ise) it:
- identfy a problem with it
- definte the goal of your criticism
- explore various strategies for verifying evidence presented
- anticipate the outcome of certain strategies and act on those that seem most promising
- look at the effects
One last thing you can do with this alphabet soup is to critically evaluate arguments. Here’s how:
- focus on factual accuracy
- is the reasoning logical and consistent question the underlying assumptions
It would be helpful if you could try to use the IDEAL Problem Solver in different situations for some time to experience its full impact.

Create Your Destiny – How Massive Action Can Determine Your Destiny!
Friday, May 4th, 2012
We often hear that “Knowledge is Power”. Is it really so? Knowledge that is not put to action remains just knowledge in your head. It is powerless and does not have any form of power at all. To accomplish results, we must couple our knowledge with the necessary action to attain results. From that, we derive this formula:
Knowledge × Action = Result
That is the formula for achieving results. However when you added in the word ‘Massive’ into the equation, it had a tremendous impact in your life. It determines your Destiny!
Knowledge × Massive Action = Massive Result ? Determines Destiny
Truly, when a person has taken massive action, it often requires him/her to step out of his comfort zone. However, a lot of people are not moving out of their comfort zone because of a basic, underlying fear for unknown or unforseen challenges, but this is inevitable! The beginning of every possible experience in life requires a first encounter. All of us learn through mistakes. When you made a mistake, you would normally say, “This doesn’t work,” or “I won’t do it again.”
Mr. Mistake is a good teacher but that doesn’t mean you try to commit as many mistakes as possible. Minimize them and move on.
Whenever a mistake is made, it helps us to grow as a person. Till a point in time, when you have grown fully, you will be able to contribute to the society.
In conclusion, the fact in life is that whether you took action or you took inaction, there are consequences to be faced. If that is the case, why not take action to change your result? If you know that taking massive action can change your destiny, why purely take action when you can take MASSIVE action through immense courage?

Why it Pays to Have a Definite Life Purpose
Friday, May 4th, 2012
When was the last time you were asked, what is your “Definite Life Purpose“?
It is not like everyday we go around asking friends or family what their definite life purpose is or even talk about it. However, knowing what your definite life purpose is, will help you stay focused, accomplish your goals faster, and bring about the kind of results you would like to have in your life.
One way it pays to know what your life purpose is, is that it weeds out all the distractions that come in your way. How many times have you been working a particular goal and before you know it you are working on something else that has nothing to do with your goal? It seems to be the little things that catch us off guard and then it takes a whole lot of effort to get back on course. When you know what your goal is, your life purpose, you are able to stay focused and not get side tracked. You will begin to filter out all the things that don’t keep you moving towards your goal, and continue to focus on those that do.
Another way it pays to know your life purpose is that it’s YOUR life purpose. No matter what your life purpose is, you would be more willing to pay the price. Only those that are willing to
pay the price will accomplish their goals. When it’s YOUR life purpose you will stand and fight for it no matter what. Also, once you know your life purpose, you can start living it.
Can my life purpose change over time?
Sure, your life purpose can change over time. You can also think of your life purpose as your own mission statement. Most, if not all, businesses will have a mission statement. It will usually cover what the company stands for and the quality they will provide their service in. Many people live their whole lives wondering what their purpose is. Not you. Once you know what your life purpose is, your goals get accomplished faster, and you will have a sense of purpose in your life.
How can I discover my life purpose?
There are various steps that you can go through to help find what your life purpose is. Some people make this part hard when it really isn’t. Many people find their life purpose by looking at what they are passionate about. Take some time to listen to your heart. You will find it.

Testy Horses and the Art of Speed Waiting
Wednesday, May 2nd, 2012
“What are you waiting for?” said Nelson, looking at me impatiently. “Well? Go on. Get saddled up!”
I was eighteen years old and had just entered my first rodeo. However, the horse I expected to ride in a roping competition had taken ill. The one I was about to ride instead had an “attitude”. He was known to become testy when his riders least expected it.
The seconds crawled as I stared at this beautiful and very spirited animal. “New horse. No time to make friends with him.” It was a memorable lesson that procrastination isn’t always an option. During the years to follow, I would learn that life is sometimes as unpredictable as a testy horse. Often, there isn’tany backing out at the last minute.
Comedian Steven Wright once quipped, “I took a course in speed waiting. Now I can wait an hour in only ten minutes.”
If only it were that simple when moving into unfamiliar terrain. Hesitation feels safer than stepping forward and taking risks for a dream. Yet waiting could be a greater risk. It only takes an instant to take a leap of faith, and only an instant for time to run out.
Here are some good questions to ponder:
Exactly what is it you are waiting for, and what are you doing while you wait? If it is something that requires patience, what makes the wait worthwhile? Ten minutes can seem like ten hours if your heart isn’t in what you are doing.
I view Steven’s “speed waiting” as more than a clever phrase. It is an art we can learn. We “speed wait” when we savor
the small victories along the journey to our dreams. We “speed wait” when we pass our time with actions that uplift us and nurture the quality of life for others. When we are living from our soul, the hours melt into seamless moments of satisfaction.
At first, I had no idea what I would type into this little article. Then I read the following quotes at the top of the ezine issue I was working on:
“Do not wait for a ray of ambition to guide you to your dreams. You will get there much sooner, and the light will be much brighter if you start today.” - Michelle C. Ustaszeski“Beethoven, Wagner, Bach and Mozart settled down dayafter day to the job in hand with as much regularity asan accountant settles down each day to his figures. They didn’t waste time waiting for inspiration.” - Ernest Newman (1868 – 1959)
“How much of human life is lost in waiting.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803 – 1882)
I thought about Steven’s intriguing course of study and remembered climbing onto that testy horse.
I recalled how the hours seem to fly when I’m doing work that I love. Then I thought, “What are you waiting for?” And in ten minutes, the waiting was over!
So, what are you waiting for? Try the art of “speed waiting” today, and enjoy every moment of the wait!

Motivation: 7 More Musings on Motivation
Tuesday, May 1st, 2012
1. “If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you can say to that mountain, move from here to there, and it shall be done. Nothing will be impossible for you.” – Jesus Christ.
Let’s pause and consider that last part for a moment. Nothing will be impossible for you. If this were true in your life, what would you do? Think in terms of family, career, lifestyle, giving back. This is an incredibly powerful statement once we get our head around and use it.
2. “Don’t wish it were easier, wish you were better.” – Jim Rohn. Instead of complaining and wishing, take the necessary steps to make yourself stronger. In my practice I have come to belief there is no such thing as a “resistant client.” I just have to become better and better as a therapist.
4. “You can have anything you want, you just can’t have everything you want.” Peter McWilliams, author of “DO IT! Let’s Get Off Our Buts.” This is about choice, focus and persistence. We need to decide want we want and then persistently go for it. At the same, we need to realize that choosing what to go
for means there will be things we can not go for, because time is a limited product.
5. “I would rather be paid 1% of 100 people’s efforts rather than 100% of my own efforts” – J. Paul Getty. In other words, how can you work smarter instead of harder?
6. “If you have a big enough why, the how will follow” – Tony Robbins. The problem for most of us is that we don’t have a big enough why.
7.“Chance favors the prepared mind” – Louis Pasteur. Think about this quote as you spend the next evening in front of the TV. For what are you preparing your mind? According to Mary Pipher, therapist and author of Reviving Ophelia has been quoted as saying, “It’s become clearer and clearer to me that if families just let the culture happen to them, they end up fat, addicted, broke, with a house full of junk and no time.”

Motivation: Tearing Down Your Own Limitations
Monday, April 30th, 2012
Q.: I’ve always been sort of cynical about all this motivational stuff. Lots of rah-rah but no how-to. Now I see all these commercials that talk about no limits, no boundaries, etc. But there are real limits, and I think this stuff misleads a lot of people. What do you think?
A.: You are absolutely right on at least two counts.
Most of the motivational stuff out there is too much rah-rah and not enough what-to-do.
You are also correct in saying there are limits in our lives. Gravity is one. You can ignore it, not believe in it, or act like it does not apply to you, and gravity won’t care at all. There are limits. I’m not going to lose 20 pounds in a day, barring amputation.
Where you are stuck is in the difference between limits and limitations. A limit is a physical restriction, an unchangeable part of life. A limitation is a psychological restriction, a changeable part of life.
We get stuck when we believe that our changeable limitations are unchangeable limits.
Here’s an example:
An elephant is a large and powerful animal. But a baby elephant can be tethered around an ankle with the tether firmly staked into the ground. Over time, it learns that the tether will hold it and behaves accordingly. A mature elephant could easily break the tether or pull up the stake, but it believes in the limitation that it cannot.
For the most part, people are smarter than elephants. Unlike elephants, we can get past most of the limitations in our lives. Here’s how:
A limitation is nothing more than a firm belief regarding something about yourself. For our purposes here, a belief is merely a feeling of certainty about something.
Think of a limitation as a tabletop, and the beliefs that support the limitation as the legs that hold up
the table. If you knock the legs out from under a table, it will fall. In the same way, if we knock the beliefs out from under the limitation, the limitation will fall, too.
Let’s say you believe that you could never go to a fitness center because you would be too embarrassed. The beliefs that support your limitation are:
(1) You are too out of shape and everyone else is in great shape;
(2) everyone else will look at you;
(3) your dad told you that you were not much of an athlete.
Let’s tear down those beliefs:
(1) Thinking you have to be in shape before you go to the gym is sort of like saying you have to know how to drive before you get behind the wheel of a car. You learn by getting behind the wheel with someone more experienced than you. Gyms are for people who are out of shape.
(2) Most people are too busy looking at themselves in the mirror to pay much attention to you.
(3) Your dad was wrong.
Once you tear down the lies of a limitation, you can put up some truth in their place. The truth is that fitness centers were made for people like you, and all you have to do is walk in and join.
I challenge you to take a hard look at some of the limitations in your life, knock out the false beliefs, tear down the lies and put up some truths. After all, it’s not what we don’t know that hurts us as much as what we know that is not true.

If The Fear Fits…Dont Wear It!
Sunday, April 29th, 2012
Undoubtedly one of the most challenging tasks we can face everyday is fighting the fear of failure. At one time or another every single person has had to face the fear of stepping out into an unfamiliar area and leaving his comfort zone and entering the twilight zone.
In Over Your Head?
Probably one of the biggest reasons we hesitate to step out of our boat and walk on the water is the thought, “what if I sink?” Well, what if you do? What is the worse thing that will happen to you? Have you considered it?
If you haven’t, then you’re not ready to take the plunge. That may sound overly simplistic, but here is something you need to take to heart! “The devil you know is better than the devil you don’t.” In other words, examine the details in the devil.
The more you know the more the fear of failure will diminish. You will never have all the answers beforehand so just forget that. If you had all the answers, you would probably never fail. Michael Jordan said, “I have failed over and over again in my life, and that is why I succeed!”
Sounds like a contradiction doesn’t it? You mean failure brings success? Yes! But, guess what? Success doesn’t continue uninterrupted. Sooner or later the cycle turns and you experience another failure.
Round And Round She Goes!
Why is that? Cause I said so! Nah.. I lied; I just wanted to see if you were listening. It happens because everything in this universe goes in cycles. Life cycles to death, sowing cycles to reaping, failure cycles to success.
You may remember the story of Babe Ruth. During his career he was the home run king of baseball. He hit over 700 home runs. He had another statistic that was not much publicized. He was also the strike out king.
Yea, he struck out over 1400 times in his career. On one instance, a reporter was interviewing Babe Ruth and suggested that he slow up on his swing because he had fallen in the dirt several times during a game that day. Babe told the reporter to pity the poor pitchers and not him.
Consider this: The most successful people in life are the ones who have failed the most often. The thing that distinguishes them from others is they are not afraid to risk it all. Remember this: “it’s one thing to talk about bull fighting; it’s another thing to get in the ring with that bull!”
Just Between You And Me And The Fence Post!
A number of years ago I used to trade the futures markets. Now granted, it was certainly not as physically dangerous as bull fighting. But the excitement would send your adrenalin through the roof.
To see some of the emotions that I and others would experience you would think that we did have 6,000 pounds of Black Angus beef charging to do a tap dance on our heads.
Early in the morning we would discuss our strategy for the day and we were all in agreement that if “such and such” happened, we would take appropriate action. Well, when “such and such” did happen, we found ourselves reasoning with ourselves and allowed the fear of failure to jack our emotions up and down like a toilet seat at a mixed party.
When the time was right to pull the trigger, and “get in the ring with that bull,” you could hear a pin drop. We saw the perfect conditions, we saw our
indicators tell us what to do, but, we sat there as if we were saying, “I don’t really think that fat meat is greasy!” Yeah, right! Get in that trade Boy!
Made My Hair Stand On End!
Why did we act like that? We had planned, we had studied, we had analyzed those chart patterns until it got our knickers in a twist. And, we knew just how much risk we were willing to take, but still sat there as nervous as a pregnant possum!
And, you know what happened? Yep, you guessed it, our trade got away and we missed out on a great profit. Why? Fear of failure!
Then there were other times when the trade went the wrong way, so we would sit there and pat ourselves on back for being so “wise” and not letting that trade sucker punch us. Yeah, right, real wise!
My point is: fear of failure can paralyze the best laid plans of mice and men. The fear of getting into those trades was causing our failure. Fear was causing the failure, not inexperience, not lack of preparation, but fear.
Not Until Pigs Fly!
How was it doing it? There is one thing you must never do with fear! Reason with it! Fear will always drag you down. It will always make you go backwards. Reasoning with fear will always take you away from your dream.
When you are reasoning with fear you are simply second guessing your decisions. Have you done your planning? Have you done your preparation? Have you assessed the possible outcomes? Then take the plunge and don’t give reasoning a chance to immobilize you.
Getting into a habit of reasoning with fear will cause you to begin compromising what you expect and want from your goal. You will tell yourself, “Maybe I’m expecting too much.” “Maybe I should settle for less.”
When you begin reasoning like that, you will find it very easy to start settling for something less. Then, you will even begin reasoning that maybe you don’t deserve what you got. Compromise like that a few times and you will begin losing what you got; not to mention what you want.
Taken To The Cleaners!
If you have some fear that is holding you back then realize this: Think of your mind as a container. In your mind there must always be a substance in there that motivates you. It can be fear or faith.
Don’t allow yourself to become double minded. When you become double minded you’re attempting to operate in faith and fear at the same time. I.E. second guessing your decisions. One minute you’re confident, the next minute you couldn’t punch your way out of a wet paper bag.
Believe me, I’ve been there, done that, and won the T-shirt. If you want to rid yourself of fear, you must replace it with something else or it will come back. Faith is what you want to replace it with.
Your Mission In Life!
You cannot have an empty container. There will always be a force trying to fill that container with something. Don’t let it be fear. Fear can’t stay in your mind if you pull the trigger by avoiding reasoning with fear.
